LAHORI MUTTON  KARAHI

       
INGREDIENTS:

1. Kg. Thoroughly washed Mutton pieces
4-5 Tomatoes
2 Medium size Onion chopped
5-6 Whole Green Chilies
1 tsp. Salt (according to your taste)
5 tbs. Canola Oil
2 tsp Garlic (Lehsan) paste
2 tsp. Ginger (Adrak) slices 
1 tsp. Red  Chillie
1 Lemon                                                                        
1-2 Black Cardamom (Badi Elaichi)
1-2 Cloves
2-3 Pieces of Cinnamon (Darchinie)



PREPARATION:

Add one glass of water in thoroughly washed Mutton pieces, Sliced Onion, Peeled Garlic, Sliced Tomatoes, Salt, Red Chilies  Clove, Black Cardamom, Cinnamon and put on low heat. When water dries up, add Canola oil and fry for a few minutes till oil looses. Add Green Chilies slices, ginger slices and Coriander leaves for garnish. LAHORI MUTTON KARAHI is ready to serve.    
Serve with lemon and Lahori Nan.

LAHORE CHICKEN KARAHI

 INGREDIENTS:


  • 1.Kg. Chicken
  • 4-5 Tomatoes 
  • 2 Medium size Onion chopped
  • 5-6 Whole Green Chilies
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper (Kali Mirch)
  • 1 tsp. Salt (according to your taste)
  • 5 tbs. Canola Oil
  • 2 tsp Garlic (Lehsan) paste
  • 1 tsp. Ginger (Adrak) paste 
  • 1 tsp. Red Chillie
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1-2 Cardamom
  • 2 tsp. Coriander Powder


INSTRUCTIONS:

Fry chopped onion in the Canola Oil to light brown color at low heat in a washed Karahi. Add chicken pieces and fry the chicken to light brown color. Add 1-2 Cardamom and Garlic, Ginger paste, salt, Red Chilies and Coriander powder. 
Add Tomato Slices and keep it on low heat till oil looses(10 minutes) karahi is ready and now for garnish add Green Chilies, Lemon slices and Coriander leaves.   
LAHORI CHUCKEN KARAHI is ready to serve. 
Serve with boiled rice or Lahori Nan.
