CHICKEN MANCHURIAN



CHICKEN MANCHURIAN


INGREDIENTS:

FOR MARINATING:
·         500 gm Chicken Breast.
·         3-4 Garlic Cloves (Paste).
·         1-2 tbsp Red Chilies (Crushed).  (You can increase/decrease as per your taste).
·         1 tsp Salt (You can increase/decrease as per your taste).
·         2 Pinches White Pepper.
·         2 Eggs.
·         ½ Bowl Plain Flour.

FOR SAUCE:
·         1 tsp Salt (You can increase/decrease as per your taste).
·         2 tbsp Red Chilies (Crushed). (You can increase/decrease as per your taste).
·         2 tbsp Garlic (Chopped)
·         1/2 Cup Vinegar
·         2 tbsp Soya Sauce
·         2 tbsp Cooking Oil
·         1 tbsp Sugar
·         4 tbsp Corn Flour or enough to thicken the Sauce.
·         300 ml Chicken stock
·         1 cup Tomato Ketchup


PREPARATION:
For marinating, cut the chicken breast in Cubes. Now add Garlic, Salt, White pepper, Red Chili and Eggs. Mix them all well. Add Plain Flour in the Chicken and coat them well. Leave it for 2-3 hours. Put it separately. After marinating the Chicken pieces, fry them in a pan with minimum Oil.  Pour 2 tbsp Oil in a pan and sauté Garlic. Add Ketchup in the pan and simmer for a while. Add Chicken stock in it, mix well. Add Red Chilies, Salt, Vinegar, Soya Sauce and Sugar. Cook the sauce well. Dissolve some Corn Flour in water. Add Corn Flour mixture in the Sauce to thicken it. Add Onions and Bell Pepper in Sauce along with Fried Chicken and cook for 2 minutes only. CHICKEN MANCHURIAN is ready to serve.

INGREDIENTS:
·         800 gm Mutton.
·         3-4 Medium Sized Onions.
·         4-5 Tomatoes.
·         1 tsp Turmeric Powder.
·         1 tsp Red Chili Powder.
·         ½ tsp Fenugreek Seeds.
·         1 tsp Aniseeds.
·         1 tsp Black Seeds.
·         2 tbsp Ginger (Chopped).
·         2 tbsp Garlic (Chopped).
·         8 Red / Green Chili.
·         ½ cup Chopped Green Coriander.
·         1 Cup Vinegar.
·         1 tsp Salt (you can increase/decrease as per your taste).
·         1 ½ Cup Cooking Oil.


PREPARATION:
MARINATION:  
Add vinegar, Fenugreek Seeds, Aniseeds, Black Seeds, Salt, Red chilies, Turmeric Powder to Mutton. Mix well. Keep refrigerated for whole night.  
Fry chopped onion to light brown color. Add Tomatoes, Chopped Ginger and Garlic.  When Tomatoes are tender, add the marinated Mutton. Fry for few minutes. It will start leaving water. Now add 2 more Cups of Water. Cover the pot and keep it on low flame.  Marinating in vinegar, Mutton will be cooked in a very short time. When Water dries up, fry so that it starts leaving oil.Now add Green/ Red Chilies in last minute. LAHORI ACHAR MUTTON is ready to serve.
Serve with Lahori Naans.

SOUR POTATOES WITH ONION RINGS


INGREDIENTS:
·         4-5 Medium Sized Potatoes.
·         1 tsp Black seed.
·         2 tsp chili flakes.
·         2 tbsp Lemon Juice.
·         1 tsp Turmeric Powder.
·         Salt ( As per taste).
·         4-5 Sliced Green Chilies.



PREPARATION:
Cut the Potatoes into thick round chips. Add 1/4 cup Cooking Oil in a pane. Heat it. Stir fry Potato chips for a minute then add Black Seeds, Chili Flakes, Lemon Juice, Turmeric Powder, and Salt. Stir for another one minute. Cover the pan and keep on low flame. When water is going to dries up add Green Chilies, Onion Rings in last 2 minutes.SOUR POTATOES WITH ONION RINGS is ready to serve.
Serve with Chapati.

YOGURT BANANA SMOOTHIE


YOGURT BANANA SMOOTHIE


INGREDIENTS:
·         4 Bananas
·         2 cup Yogurt
·         6-7 tbsp Honey
·         2 Lemon juice
·         Cold Water (as required)
·         Crushed Ice (as required)


PREPARATION:

Peel off the Bananas. Whip the Yogurt and put it in the kitchen Blender/Mixer. Add peeled bananas, lemon juice and honey and blend it well. It will be a thick mixture. Add some cold water and ice to the smoothie and blend it again to a drinkable consistency.

REMEDY OF SORE THROAT



GINGER – HONEY TEA




INGREDIENTS:

  • ·         Slices of 3 Lemons
  • ·         3”  Ginger (Sliced)
  • ·         5-6 Ounces  Honey


PREPARATION:
Take a glass jar, wash it thoroughly and dry it. Put lemon slices, honey and Sliced Ginger. Close the jar tightly and put it in the refrigerator. Keep it for 2 days. It will become a jelly. You can keep this jelly for 3 months in refrigerator safely.
Pour 1 tbsp of this jelly in cup of Boiling Water. Drink it for the remedy of sore throat.

HUMMUS


INGREDIENTS:
·        600g Chickpeas
·        3 Garlic Cloves (Crushed)
·        100ml Olive Oil
·        2 tbs Sesame/Tahini Paste
·        1 tsp Cumin Seeds (Ground)
·        Juice of 1 Lemon
·        1tbsp Grated Coriander Leaves

PREPARATION:
Take about 3 Liters Water, add Baking Soda & Chickpea. Soak for 3 Hours. Drain the water and rinse Chickpeas with fresh water and boil them in fresh Water until they are soft.
Now place the chickpeas, olive oil, garlic, sesame paste, lemon juice and Cumin Seeds in a kitchen blender till it is mixed thoroughly. Add 1/4 cup of water and process again until it become very smooth
Place this mix in a Bowl and garnish it with grated Green Coriander Leaves, Boiled Chickpeas and Red Chilies Powder.
HUMMUS is ready to serve.

LAHORI ACHAR CHICKEN

INGREDIENTS:
·         1 Kg Chicken.
·         1 ½ tsp Salt.
·         ½ tsp Turmeric Powder.
·         2 tsp Coriander (whole).
·         1 ½ tsp Cumin Seeds.
·         ½ tsp Onion Seeds.
·         1 tsp Fenugreek Seeds.
·         2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste.
·         ½ Cup Cooking Oil.
·         1 tbsp Vinegar
·         1 tbsp Aniseed.
·         ½ tsp Mixed Spices.
·         4 Tomatoes
·         3 Medium Sized Onions.
·         ½ Kg Yogurt.


PREPARATION:
Add salt in chicken pieces and fry in hot oil. Take chicken pieces out when their Color becomes Golden Brown. Now put Garlic-Ginger Paste & fry it. When the color becomes light Golden Brown, add Tomatoes (cut sliced) and fry it. Now, add Yogurt, Salt, Red Chilies Powder, Turmeric and Ground Coriander. Grind Fenugreek Seeds, Onion Seeds, and Cumin Seeds and dip in the Vinegar. Fill the half cut Green Chilies.  Put the Fried Chicken Pieces in Tomatoes Mixture. Deep fry and at last put filled Green Chilies in the mixture. When oil starts leaving the chicken mixture, add Aniseed  Fenugreek Seeds, Cumin Seeds and Onion Seeds and put the wok on low heat for about 5 minutes. ACHAR GHOSHT is ready to serve. It’s very tasty.

INGREDIENTS:

1kg Beef.
7-8 Chopped Green Chilies.
2 Bunches Chopped Green Coriander.
2 tsp Cumin Seeds.
1 tsp Cinnamon Powder.
2 tsp Black Pepper Powder.
2-3 tsp All spice powder (Garam Masala).
2-3 tbsp Red Chili Powder.
3-4 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste.
3-4 tbsp Chopped Ginger.
7-8 Chopped tomatoes.
3-4 Lemons.
2-3 tsp Salt (you can increase /decrease as per your taste).
1 Cup Yogurt.
9-10 tbsp Cooking Oil.



PREPARATION:
Take a wok (Round bottomed cooking vessel).  Add in beef, Red Chilies Powder, Salt, Mixed Species, Yogurt, Garlic paste and Ginger slices. Cook till the water left by the beef dries. Add Chopped Tomatoes, Black Pepper, Ground Pepper and Cumin Seeds. Add Cooking Oil gradually and cook till the oil forms separate layer on top. Sprinkle Lemon juice. Garnish with Chopped Green Coriander, Chopped Green Chilies and Chopped Ginger on it. BEEF KARAHI is ready. Serve with Lahori Nans.
