APPLE CHUTNEY


APPLE CHUTNEY

INGREDIENTS:
1 kg Apples,
1 kg Sugar,
1/2 tbsp Salt (you can increase/decrease as per your taste),
1 tbsl Red Chilies Powder,
1/2 tsp Pepper Corns,
1 tsp Cumin Seeds,
1 cup Vinegar,
2 tbsp Ginger Paste,
10 Almonds,
4-5 Pistachio Nuts,
10-15 Resins,
4-5 tbsp Ground Mint Leaves Paste.

PREPARATION:
Take a Sauce pan. Put Sugar and Slices of Apples in it. Keep it for an overnight. Next day in the morning. Put this Sauce pan on burner at low medium flame. Boil it. Now, add Salt, Red Chilies Powder, Pepper Corn, Cumin Seeds, Ginger Paste, Almonds and Resins. Cook it until Apples becomes soft and the Sugar become Syrup. Now add Vinegar and cook for 10 minutes more. Turn off the fire. Cool it at room temperature. Garnish it with Almonds and Pistachio Nut slices. APPLE CHUTNEY is ready.
Serve as sweet dish or with Mesi roti.
