APPLE JAM



APPLE JAM

INGREDIENTS:
1 kg Apples,
1 kg Sugar,
2 tbsp Lemon Juice.

PREPARATION:
Wash, Peel and Dice the Apples. Grind them to make pulp. Now take a wok. Put it on burner at low medium flame. Add Apple pulp and Sugar in it. Cook it until it gains thick and easily spreadable consistency. It may take about 30 minutes. Stir with wooden spoon occasionaly to avoid sticking it with the wok. Now add Lemon juice and switch off the burner. Let the jam cool at room temperature. Then fill in the sterlized glass bottle. APPLE JAM is ready.
Serve with Bread pieces in breakfast.
