BLACK CHICKPEAS PILAF



BLACK CHICKPEAS PULAO

INGREDIENTS:
1 Glass Boiled Black Chickpeas,
2 Glass Rice,
2 Medium Sized Onions,
4 Medium Sized Tomato,
1 tbsp Ginger Paste,
1 tbsp Garlic Paste,
2 Medium Sized Cinnamon,
1 tbsp Green Chilies Paste,
1 tsp Cumin Seeds,
2 Brown Cardamom,
8-10 Cloves,
1 tbsp Salt,
1 tsp Red Chilies Powder,
8-10 Pepper Corn,
1/2 Cup Mangoes Pickle,
1/2 Cup Cooking Oil.

PREPARATION:
Wash Black Chickpeas and Rice seperately. Soak Chickpeas for overnight and Rice for 30 minutes.
Take a wok. Put it on burner on low medium flame. Add Cooking Oil and Finely Sliced Onions. Make it brown. Now add Cloves, Pepper Corn, Brown Cardamom, Cumin seeds and Cinnamon. Saute for 2 minutes. Add Ginger and Garlic Paste. Saute for 1 minute. Add Salt, Tomatoes, Red Chilies Powder and Green Chilies. Fry for 3-5 minutes. Press Tomatoes with wooden spoon. Now add Mangoes Pickle and Boiled Chickpeas. Add 4 Glass Water. When water starts boiling, add Soaked Rice in it. When the Rice is 1/2 Cooked. Put the flame to the lowest level. Keep it for 30 minutes. Put the Rice in serving dish. BLACK CHICKPEAS RICE is ready.
