DAL WALA PRATHA


INGREDIENTS:
1/4 Cup Split Red Lentil,
1/4 Cup Split Green Gram,
1/4 Cup Split Bengal Gram,
1/4 Cup Split Black Gram,
1/2 kg Wheat Flour,
10 Finely Sliced Green Chilies,
1 tsp Carom Seeds,
2 Eggs,
1/2 Cup Cow Milk,
1 tsp Salt,
2 Medium Sized Chopped Onions,
3 tbsp Whole Spice Powder,
3 tbsp Chopped Mint Leaves,
2 tbsp Ground Pomegranate Seeds,
2 tbsp Chopped Green Corriander,
Cooking Oil as desired.


PREPARATION:
Take  wok. Put it on burner at low medium flame. Take 1 lit water and add Split Green Gram, Split Bengal Gram, Split Black Gram, Split Red Lentil, Salt and Red Chilies Powder. Boil it till Grams are soft enough. Dry up all water. Take Grams mixture out in a bowl to cool down at room temperature. Now, take Wheat Flour in a Kneading Tray. Add Gram mixture and Milk and knead it well.  Make small balls of it. Put aside for 15 minutes. Roll them on Rolling Pin one by one. Put it on hot Griddle. Heat it from both sides and while heating apply Cooking Oil / Desi Ghee on it. When the color is Golden Brown. Put it on the serving dish. DAL WALA PRATHA is ready.
