EGG ROLLS


INGREDIENTS:
1 Bread,
1/4 kg Boneless Chicken,
1/4 Medium Sized Cabbage,
1/2 Kg Potatoes,
4 Hard Boiled Eggs,
2 Beaten Eggs,
100 gm Shreded Butter,
1/4 Kg Peas,
3 tbsp Chopped Green Coriander,
4 Finely Sliced Green Chilies,
1 tsp Salt,
1 tsp Black Pepper,
3 Medium Sized Spring Onions,
3 tbsp Tomatoes Ketchup,
5 Cup Cooking Oil for deep fry.

PREPARATION:
Boil Potatoes, Peas and shreded Boneless Chicken separately. Now take a big bowl. Add Shreded Boiled Chicken, Small Diced Boiled Potatoes, Small diced hard boiled Eggs, Chopped Green Chilies, Salt, Black Pepper, Finely Sliced Cabbage, Shreded Butter, Finely Sliced Spring Onions, and Tomatoes Ketchup. Mix them well. Now take a piece of bread. Dip it in Water and take it in the palm of your hand. Add some mixture and put it in the middle of bread. Press the edges of bread to seal the roll. Make the rolls in the same manner. Now take a wok. Put it on burner at low medium flame. When the oil starts to boil, turn burner to low flame and add the rolls one by one in the oil. Take them out when their color is light brown. EGG ROLLS are ready.
Serve snacks at tea time.
