EGGS POTATOES SANDWICH


EGG-POTATOES SANDWICH



INGREDIENTS:

150 gm Potatoes,
4 Finely Sliced Green Chilies,
1/2 tbsp Ginger Paste,
1/2 Garlic Paste,
1 Medium Sized Onion,
1 tsp Red Chilies Powder,
1/2 tsp Salt,
1/4 tsp Cumin Seeds,
2 tbsp Finely Chopped Green Coriander,
1/2 tsp Mixed Spices,
1/2 Cup Cooking Oil.


    PREPARATION:
    Take a bowl. Add 3 Eggs, 1/2 tsp Red Chilies Powder and 3 Pinches of Salt. Beat them and put it aside.
    Take a frying pan. Add Cooking Oil and Finely Sliced Onion. Fry it till its color is Pink. Add Garlic Paste and Ginger Paste. saute it for 2-3 minutes. Add Cumin Seeds and 1/2 Cup Water. Add 1/2 tsp Salt and 1/2 tsp Red Chilies Powder. Fry this mixture till it starts leaving oil. Now, add 1" diced Potatoes in it . Mix it and add 1/2 cup Water and cover with a lid. When Potatoes become soft, add Eggs mixture in it. Fry it for a while. Sprinkle Green Coriander, Green Chilies and cover it with a lid for 2-3 minutes. Turn off the flame and put this Eggs Potatoes  mixture aside for cooling down at room temperature. Now take Sandwich maker at put 2 bread pieces. Put one layer of the mixture and on top again put bread pieces. Now, press it with top of Sandwich machine. When the light off. Take out the 4 pieces. EGGS POTATOES SANDWICH are ready.
    Serve with Mayonnaise and Milk at breakfast time.
    You can make Sandwich of the dry curry left over in dinner.
