. Recipes: FIRNI



6 Cup Cow Milk, 
5 tbsp Sugar, 
5 tbsp Rice Flour,
1 tsp Cardamom Seeds,
2 tsp Rose Water,
3-4 drops Rose Essence,
3-4 tbsp Pistachio Nuts.

Take a bowl. Add some cold milk and Rice Flour in it. Mix thoroughly with a spoon to make it soft cream. Now, take a wok. Put it on burner at low medium flame. Add remaining milk in it. Add Sugar in it and let it boil. Stir with a Wooden Spoon. Remove from the burner and stir in Creamed Rice, then return pan to low flame. Stir it constantly until mixture boils and thickens. Boil, stirring for 3-4 minutes. Now, sprinkle the Cardamom Seeds, Rose Water, Essence and 1-2 tbsp Pistachio Nuts (Chopped). Stir well. Pour into the serving dish and remaining Chopped Pistachio Nuts on it. FIRNI is ready.
Serve chilled at tea time.
