250 gm Plain Flour,
1/2 tsp Salt.
4-5 Cup Cooking Oil for fry
1 Cup Tamarind (soak full night and take out seeds),
1 tbsp Crushed Mint Leaves,
1 tbsp Crushed Green Chilies,
1 tsp All Purpose Season Mix,
1 tsp Salt,
Take a tray. Put Plain Flour and Salt. Add small quantity of water and knead it. Make it as hard as possible. Keep it aside for 30 minutes. Now, make very small balls and roll on rolling pin.
Take a wok and put it on burner on low medium flame. When it starts boiling put the rolled pieces in it. Just after 1 second press it in the oil with a flat spoon. Take it out for serving. Repeat it as many time as you wish to prepare.
Take a jug. Add 2 Liters Water, Tamarind, Crushed Mint Leaves, Crushed Green Chilies, All Purpose Season Mix and Salt. Stir it thoroughly in a blender and put it aside.
