LEBANESE KABAB

INGREDIENTS:
100 gm Boneless Chicken,
1 Cup Peas,
2 Medium Sized Carrots,
2 Medium Sized Potatoes,
1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder,
1/2 tsp Salt,
1 tbsp Soy Sauce,
2 Eggs,
4-5 Cups Cooking Oil.

PREPARATION:
Boil Chicken and shred it thoroughly. Boil Peas, Carrots and Potatoes separately. Now take a big bowl. Add Shred Chicken, Boiled Potatoes, Peas and Carrots. Mix them thoroughly. Now, take a small quantity of the mixture in a your palm. Make its shape of Kabab. Make kababs and put them in a plate. Take a wok. Put it on burner on low medium flame. Add Cooking Oil in it. When it starts Boiling. Add Kababs, one by one, in the Oil after coating a layer of beaten egg on kabab. Take Kababs when their color is Golden Brown. LEBANESE KABABS are ready.
Serve them at tea time with Hummus
