OAT DATES HALWA

INGREDIENTS:
1 Cup Soft Pitted Dates,
3/4 Cup Cottage Cheese,
3/4 Cup Butter,
3 tbsp Oat Flour,
10 Almonds,
8-10 Pistachio Nuts,
5-6 Resins,
8-10 Cashew Nuts.

PREPARATION:
Take a sauce pan. Put it on burner at low flame. Add Butter, Cottage Cheese, Oat Flour and Dates in it. Fry them for 10-15 minutes. Turn off the burner. Put Almonds, Resins, Pistachio and Cashew Nuts. OAT DATES HALWA is ready.
Serve with lunch/dinner as sweet dish.
