SWEET APRICOT CHUTNI


SWEET APRICOT CHUTNI


INGREDIENTS:
250 gm Sweet Apricot,
1 tbsp Dry Ginger,
1 tsp Red Chilies Powder,
2 tbsp Vinegar,
1 tsp Salt,
1 Cup Sugar.


PREPARATION:
Dip Sweer Apricot in  1 Cup of Water for overnight. Discard the seeds in the morning. Grind Dry Ginger. Now take jug of the blender. Add in it Apricot with its water, Dry Ginger Powder, Red Chilies Powder, Salt Vinegar and Sugar. Blend them thoroughly. Pour in a Sauce Pan. Put it on burner at low medium flame. Give heat it till its thick enough. SWEET APRICOT CHUTNI is ready.
Serve it with Gol Gappay.
