MORNINING SMOOTHIE


MORNING SMOOTHIE


INGREDIENTS:
2 bananas
1 hand of blueberries and few chokeberries
Fresh squeezed grapefruit juice 
1 small spoon wheatgrass 
1 small spoon spirulina
3-4 date palms. 


PREPARATION:
Put all the ingredients into a blender and mix them until you get even paste. Add 1-1,5 litre water. MORNING SMOOTHIE is ready to serve.
