REMEDY FOR CONSTIPATION


REMEDY - 1 :
Take good guavas 3-4 in the morning time at the breakfast time. It is a time tested remedy for Constipation.


REMEDY - 2 :
Eating Fig and Papaya in breakfast time are the remedies for constipation.

SALSA CHICKEN

 
SALSA CHICKEN


 INGREDIENTS:
  • 4 Skinless Chicken Breast halves,
  • 4 tsp Taco Seasoning mix,
  • 1 Cup Salsa,
  • 1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese,
  • 2 tbs Sour Cream.

 PREPARATION:
  
Preheat oven to 190 degrees C for 10 minutes.Place chicken breasts in a lightly greased  baking dish. Sprinkle taco seasoning on both sides of chicken breasts, and pour salsa over all.Bake at 190 degrees C for 25 to 35 minutes, or until chicken is tender and juicy and its juices run clear. Sprinkle chicken evenly with cheese, and continue baking for an additional 3 to 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Top with sour cream, if desired. SALSA CHICKEN is ready to serve

SPICY CHICKEN BREASTS

SPICY CHICKEN BREASTS


INGREDIENTS: 

  • 4 Skinless, Boneless breast halves,
  • 2 tbs. Garlic Powder,
  • 1tbs. Salt, you can increase / decrease as per your taste,
  • 3 1/2 tbs Paprika,
  • 1 tbs. Black Pepper (Ground)
  • 2 tbs. dried thyme,
  • 1 tbs Cayenne Pepper (Ground),
  • 2 tbs. Onion Powder,
  • 3 tbs. Cooking Oil.


PREPARATION: 

In a medium bowl, mix together the Paprika, Garlic powder, Salt, Onion Powder, Thyme, Cayenne pepper, and Ground Black Pepper. Set aside about 3 tablespoons of this seasoning mixture for the chicken.  Preheat grill for 10 minutes at 190 degree Centigrade heat. Rub some of the reserved 3 tablespoons of seasoning onto both sides of the chicken breasts. Lightly oil the grill grate. Place chicken on the grill, and cook for 6 to 8 minutes on each side, until juices run clear. SPICY CHICKEN BREASTS are ready to serve.

SPINACH & MOZARELLA STUFFED CHICKEN (FITNESS FOOD-5)




SPINACH & MOZZARELLA STUFFED CHICKEN
(FITNESS FOOD-5)
INGREDIENTS:
  • 4 chicken Filets
  • 400 g fresh Spinach
  • 125 g Low Fat Mozzarella
  • 1 Egg
  • Bread Crumbs
  • Fresh Black Pepper & Salt

PREPARATION:
Pre-heat the oven at 175 °C. Blanch (cook) the spinach in salted water for 2 minutes. Immediately after this put the spinach in cold water and drain well in a colander. Make a slit down 1 side of each chicken breast to form a pocket. Season (pepper & salt). Stuff each pocket with slices of mozzarella and spinach. Close the chicken filet and press firmly. Fixate with two toothpicks. Roll the stuffed chicken breasts first in beaten egg, then  breadcrumbs. Put on a baking sheet and cook for 20-25 minutes on 175°C or until cooked through. SPINACH WITH MOZZARELLA CHICKEN is ready to serve.

REMEDY OF HEEL CUTS

REMEDY FOR HEEL CUTS



PRESCRIPTION:
Add 50 gm of glycerine in small pieces of washing soap. Fill the cracks of heels with this admixture at night time. Wear the cotton socks . in the morning wash out with Luke warm water. A few drops of olive oil is to rub on the heels to absorb it in the skin. Repeat it for 3 days. you will find the skin SOFT in 3 days.
