GUACAMOL SALAD


GUACAMOL SALAD
INGREDIENTS:
500 gm Tomatoes,
1 Yellow Bell Pepper,

500 gm(1can)  Black Beans, 
1/2 cup small diced Red Onion
2 tbsp Jalapeno Peppers,
1/2 tsp Freshly Grated Lime Zest,

2 Lime Juice,
3-4 tbsp Olive Oil,
1 tsp Salt,
1/2 tsp Black Pepper,
1/2 tsp minced Garlic,
1/4 tsp Red Pepper,
2 Avocados,



PREPARATION:
Take a big bowl. Add in Tomatoes halved,Black Beans, Yellow pepper (1/2" diced), Minced Jalapeno Pepper and Lime Zest. Mix them all with Lime Juice, Olive Oil, Salt, Zest Lime, Onion ,Red Pepper and Avocados (1/2" cubical sliced). toss Well. GUACAMOL SALAD is ready to serve


GREEN CHILLIES PICKLE



GREEN CHILLIES PICKLE

INGREDIENTS:
1 kg Green Chillies,

1 cup Salt,
1/2 kg Mustard Oil,
1 Tbsp Red Chilli Powder,
1 Tbsp Turmeric Powder,
200 gm Ginger - finely ground,
250 gm Garlic - finely ground,
100 gm Cumin Seeds,
200 gm Mustard Seeds,
1 cup Sugar,

200 gm Tamarind,
3 cups of White Vinegar.

PREPARATION:

Marinate the Chillies in Salt for at least two hours. Soak the Tamarind in the Vinegar for at least two hours and extract the Pulp. In a large vessel heat the Mustard Oil and add Red Chilli Powder and Turmeric Powder. Add the Ginger and Garlic and mix well. Continue stirring for some time. Mix in the Cumin Seeds Powder and Mustard Powder. Pour the Tamarind - Vinegar Pulp and mix well. Add Sugar and cook on low heat for 5 minutes. Now add the Chillies and cook for 10-15 minutes on low heat till the oil separates. GREEN CHILLIES PICKLE is ready to serve

INGREDIENTS:
1tbsp Sodium Bicarbonate,
1/2 tbsp Rice Flour,
1 tbsp Milk,
1 Lemon Juice.


PREPARATION:
Take a mixing bowl. Add Sodium Bicarbonate, Rice Flour, Milk and Lemon Juice. Mix them thoroughly. Make a thick paste.



HOW TO USE:
Apply the thick paste on your face with finger tips for 20 minutes. Wash with cold water. Apply ice cubes on the face. Use it today, tomorrow and for ever to BEAUTIFY you.

Add 1 Egg in 1/2 Cup of yogurt. Beat it well. Paste it on hair for 2 Hours. Wash them out with water. Rub Coconut Oil in hair. You will see the difference in 4-5 days of its use.

CHICKEN CHAUMAN

CHICKEN CHAUMAN

INGREDIENTS:
1 packet Egg Noodles,
2 Chicken Breasts (Cut in cubical shaped),
1 Boiled Egg,
1/2 tsp Salt,
2 tbsp Corn Flour,
4 cup Chicken Stock,
1/2 kg Tomatoes Ketchup,
2 tbsp Chili Garlic Sauce,
3 Capsicum,
1/2 Medium Sized Cabbage,
3 Medium Sized Carrots,
1/4 tsp Black Pepper,
1/4 tsp White Pepper,
1 tbsp Vinegar,
2 tbsp Soy Sauce,
2 tbsp Chili Sauce,
2 tbsp Orange Juice,
3 Capsicums,
5 tbsp Cooking Oil.


PREPARATION:
Take a wok. Add in Boil Egg Noodles in water and adding 2 tbsp Cooking Oil. Drain off the water and put aside the boiled Noodles. Marinate the  breast pieces of Chicken with Black and White Pepper, Vinegar,  Chili Sauce and Soy Sauce for 30 minutes. Take a wok. Put it on Burner at Low Flame. Add 3 tbsp Cooking Oil and marinated Chicken. Add Vinegar, Soy Sauce, Chili Sauce and Orange Juice. Add Carrots and saute for 2 minutes. Add Capsicum and  Cabbage and saute for 1 minute. Add the Noodles in it. Mix them well. CHICKEN CHAUMAN is ready. 


HOMEMADE CROISSANTS

HOMEMADE CROISSANTS

INGREDIENTS:
500 gm Flour,
15gm Fresh Yeast, 
3 tbsp Sugar, 
2 tbsp Salt, 
250 ml Milk,
250 gm Butter, 

1 Egg.


PREPARATION:
Take a bowl. Add in Flour, Sugar, Salt, Yeast, Egg and Milk. Thoroughly mix them and make a dough. When you have done with Kneading, leave the dough to rise. Place the butter in refrigerator to cool for about 10 – 15 minutes. When you will take out the butter from the refrigerator put it between two large pieces of transparent foil, and roll it with rolling pin until you get butter flat. Roll the risen dough in a ribbon which has the high of the butter flat but is three times wider. Put the butter flat in the middle of the dough ribbon; cover it with dough from each side. You will get flat in the same size as the butter flat. Roll this flat to 5 mm thickness, fold it three times and leave it in refrigerator to cool for about 30-40 minutes. Take the dough out of the refrigerator; fold it twice as in the previous step; after that return it to the refrigerator for another 40 minutes. Repeat this procedure two times and leave the dough in refrigerator overnight. The next day, divide the dough into two parts; from each part roll a ribbon that will be cut into triangles. Roll a croissant form each triangle.  Arrange the croissants in pan covered with baking paper.  Leave the croissants to rest for at least 30 minutes. Before placing the pan in the oven, smear the croissants with Egg wash. Bake in preheated oven at 190 C, for about 15 minutes.Your HOMEMADE CROISSANTS is ready to serve.

INGREDIENTS:
3 tbsp Cendol,
60 ml clear Sugar Syrup,
100ml Coconut Milk,

2 tbsp Dry Milk,
½ cup Shaved Ice,5-6 tbsp Palm Sugar Syrup,



PREPARATION:
We put the cendol in a glass, then add all the other ingredients and top up the glass with cold water. Feel free to experiment with sugar amounts and adjust to taste.








LADIES FINGER FRY

INGREDIENTS:
½  Kg Ladies Finger,
3-4 Tomatoes (Cut in cubical shape),
1 tsp Red Chilies,

½ tbsp.  Ginger Paste,

½ tbsp.  Garlic Paste,

1 tbsp  Lime Juice,

2 tbsp  Mixed Spices,

1 tbsp  Rice Flour,

½ tsp Salt, you can increase/decrease as per your taste,
4-5 cups Cooking Oil.




 PREPARATION:
Take a mixing bowl. Add Ladies Fingers cuts into two-three pieces, Red Chillies, Ginger and Garlic Paste, Lime Juice, Mixed Spices, Rice Flour and Salt. Add some water to mix them. Now take a deep pan with Cooking Oil. Put it on low medium flame till oil starts boiling. Then change the flame to low. Now put the Ladies Fingers in the Oil. Fry them till it is crispy. Take them out and add in Tomatoes. LADIES FINGERS FRY is ready to serve.

INGREDIENTS:
2 tsp Sun Flower Oil,
1 Ripped Banana,
2 tbsp Honey,
3 Vitamin E Capsules,
2 tbsp Yogurt.



PREPARATION:
Take a mixing bowl. Add in Some Hot Water, Sunflower Oil, Ripped Banana, Honey and Yogurt in it. Mix them thoroughly. Sprinkle Vitamin"E" on this mixture and re-mix it thoroughly.



HOW TO USE:
Paste this mixture on your hair. Keep it for 2-3 Hours for its dryness. After this time Wash out your Hair and watch the difference.

HARISSA COUSCOUS


HARISSA COUSCOUS


INGREDIENTS: 
500 gm Couscous,
1 Bunch of Spring Onions, 
3-4  tbsp  Chopped Mint,
250 gm  Cherry Tomatoes,
500 ml Hot Vegetables Stock,
1 tsp Harissa Paste,
3 tbsp Olive Oil,
1 Lemon Juice .



PREPARATION:

Take a heatproof bowl. Dip Couscous in it. Add finely sliced Spring Onions, Mint and Cherry Tomatoes in it. Pour over Hot Vegetable Stock duly mixed with Harissa. Stir and Cover with a Plate. Leave for 10 minutes, then pour over Olive Oil and Lemon Juice and stir thoroughly. HARRISA COUSCOUS is ready to serve.

INGREDIENTS:
5 tbsp Coriander Leaves,
2 tbsp Rose Water.



PREPARATION AND METHOD:
Mix Coriander Leaves and Rose Water and Grind them and make a paste. Apply this paste on your lips for 10 minutes with the tips of your fingers. Leave it for 20-25 minutes. Wash them with cold water.

IRISH SODA CAKE


INGREDIENTS:
4 cups All-Purpose Flour,

3 tbsp Granulated Sugar,
2 tsp Baking Soda,
1 1/2 tsp Fresh Cream,
1 1/2 tsp Salt,
1 1/2 cups Milk,
1/4 cup Butter,
1/2 cup Currants.


PREPARATION:

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Take a mixing bowl. Add Flour, Sugar, Baking Soda, Cream and Salt in it. Mix them thoroughly. Now, Stir in the Milk and Melted Butter, using a fork, then stir in the Currants. Once combined, the Dough should come together. Turn the Dough out onto a floured surface. Knead gently for just a few turns until the dough can be shaped into a 6-inch round. Place the shaped dough into a sheet tray. Cut an "x" into the top of the round loaf, using a knife. Bake until the center has cooked through (testing with a skewer), about 40 minutes. Slather with the remaining tablespoon melted butter. IRISH SODA CAKE is ready to serve.









LAHORI ALOO CHOLAY

 ALOO CHOLAY
   INGREDIENTS:
    250 grams Chick Peas (washed)
    1”Fresh Root Ginger (peeled & grated)
    2 large Potato (Make Cubes of Potatoes),

    1 tsp Cumin Seeds,
    1 tsp.Turmeric Powder,
    1 tsp. Red Chilli Powder    

    3-4  Green Chillies,
    1 Onion (Finely Chopped)
    1  tbsp. Salt
    ½ tsp.Mixed Spices,
    1 tbsp. Mint,
    4 tbsp Butter.  



PREPARATION: 
Soak the Chick Peas overnight in plenty of cold water. Rinse several times and drain well. Place the Chick Peas, Water and Ginger in a large saucepan over a high heat, bring to the boil, cover the pan and simmer for 1-1:30 hours or until the Chick Peas are tender. Add the Potato, Cumin Seeds, Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder and Green Chillies and Mint. Return to the boil, cover the pan and simmer for a further 15-20 minutes, until the potatoes are tender. Melt the Butte over a medium heat and fry the Onion until they are lightly browned. Stir them into Chick Peas with Salt and Mixed Spices. CHICK PEAS-POTATOES are ready to serve.

BANANA WITH YOGURT

BANANA WITH YOGURT
INGREDIENTS:
    4 overripe Bananas,    

    500gm Yogurt,
    2 tbsp Honey,
    150gm Condensed Milk,
    2 Bananas (Chips),

    2 tbsp Cashew Nuts,
    1 tbsp Resins.

PREPARATION: 

Take a blender. Add Bananas, Honey, Condensed Milk and Yogurt in it. Blend it thoroughly. Make a smooth paste of the ingredients. Now, add Banana chips in the smoothie and freeze them for overnight. Garnish with Cashew Nuts and Resins. BANANA WITH YOGURT is ready to serve.


   

TAHINI SAUCE

TAHINI SAUCE



INGREIENTS:
1/2 cup Sesame Seed (White),
5-6 Cloves of Garlic,
1/2 cup Olive Oil,
1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder,
1/2 tsp Salt. You can increase/decrease as per your taste.



PREPARATION:
Cook Sesame Seeds and Garlic in small quantity of water. Dry the water. Now take a blender. Add in this mixture, Olive oil, Black Pepper Powder and salt and grind them well so that a smooth pasted is developed. TAHINI SAUCE is ready to serve.

INGREDIENTS:

 2 overripe Bananas,
 1 Egg.

PREPARATION:
Take a blender. Add in Bananas and Egg. Mix them thoroughly until NO chunks of banana are left. Remove this paste into a bowl.

HOW TO USE:
Smooth over your hair. Specially you have to cover ends of your hair. Leave it for 20-25 minutes. Wash out with Shower. After using it twice or thrice a week, you can see the difference.

INGREDIENTS:
    250g Frozen Mixed Berries
    250g Yogurt
    1 tbsp Honey.  






PREPARATION: 
Blend Strawberries, Yogurt and Honey in a food processor for 30 seconds until it comes together to a smooth ice-cream texture. Scoop into bowls. STRAWBERRIES WITH YOGURT is ready to serve.

INGREDIENTS:
500 grams Boneless Fish,

1 cup Gram Flour,

¼ tsp Baking powder,

½ tsp Red Chilli Powder,

½ tsp Salt,

½ tsp Mixed Spices,

2 tsp Chaat masala,

1 tbsp Chopped Dried Coriander,
¼ tsp Turmeric Powder.


PREPARATION:
Take a Grinder. Add in Gram Flour, Baking Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Salt, Mixed Spices, Turmeric Powder, Chaat Masala and Chopped Dried Coriander and Grind them until forms a batter. Marinate Boneless Fish in the batter and deep fry in Preheated Oil until its color is Golden Brown. LAHORE FRIED FISH is ready to serve.

RABERI KHEER

RABERI KHEER

INGREDIENTS: 
2 kg Milk,   
250 gm Condensed Milk,   
250 gm Rice,
150 gm Sugar,

250 gm Koya,
1 tbsp Kewra,
1 tsp Green Cardamom Powder, 
2 tbsp Almonds,

2 tbsp Pistachio Nuts,
2 tbsp Cashew Nuts,
2 tbsp Wallnut.   






PREPARATION:

Soak  rice for 5 hours in Water. Put the soaked Rice in a Grinder. Grind them thoroughly. Take a woke. Add Milk in it.  Boil Milk and then add Rice Powder and cook it. k in pan and then add rice powder and allow to cook. Now add  Sugar, Condensed Milk, Cardamom Powder. When water dries then add  Kewara , Khoya , Almonds, Pistachio Nuts, Cashew Nuts and Wallnut. Put off the fire. and let the kheer cool at room temperature. Put it in Refrigerator for at least 4 hours.  RABERI KHEER is ready to serve.

1tbsp Indian gooseberry,
1 tbsp of Shikakai,
1 tbsp Fenugreek Seeds Powder,
1 Egg,
2 tbsp Henna.



PREPARATION:
Take a mixing bowl. Add Indian gooseberry (Amla), Shikakai, Fenugreek Powder, Henna and Egg. Mix them well. Apply this mixture on hair with a brush and remain for 25-30 minutes. Now Wash with lukewarm Water. You can feel the difference in application of one month.

3-4 tbsp Tea Water,
1 tbsp Honey,
2 tbsp Rice Flour.

PREPARATION:
Take a kettle. Pour 1 Cup Water in it. Add 2 tsp Tea Leaves. After boiling put off the fire and keep it for cool down the temperature. Take a mixing bowl. Add Tea Water, Honey and Rice Flour in it. Mix thoroughly. Make a thick paste.


HOW TO USE:
Apply the thick cream on your face. Leave it for 20-25 minutes. Before washing your face with cold water Massage your face in circular motion. Apply it today, tomorrow and forever to make you BEAUTIFUL.

BARELI KI BIRYANI

BARELI KI BIRYANI

INGREDIENTS:
1 kg Chicken,
2 Kg Rice,
1 cup Garlic Paste,
1/2 Cup Ginger Paste,
2 tbsp all Mixed Spices, 
20 Brown Cardamom,
20 Green Cardamom,
20 Cloves,
4 drops of Kewra,
1 pinch Zafaron,
1/2 cup Cow Milk,
1 Cup Cooking Oil.

PREPARATION:
Make Powder of 10 Brown Cardamom and 10 Green Cardamom. Put aside. Wash the Rice with plenty of Water. and soak for 30 minutes. Take a wok. Put it on fire at low to medium flame. Add Cooking Oil in it and Cloves, 10 Brown Cardamom, 10 Green Cardamom. When it starts boiling add Ginger Paste, Garlic Paste and All Mixes Spices. Saute it for 2 -3 minutes and add Chicken in it. Fry it and don't give them the color.  Add 5 cups water in it. When the Chicken is soft add soaked Rice and when the Rice are half cooked. Take Zafaron and Kewra drops in the Cow Milk and add in the Rice. Keep the fire on lowest flame for 30 minutes. BRELI KI BIRYANI is ready to serve.

KAANJI


KAANJI

INGREDIENTS:
1 kg Black Carrots,
2 tbsp Salt,
6 tbsp Yellow mustard powered,
2 tbsp Red ChillIes powder,
1/2 cup Black Salt
10 L Filtered water


PREPARATION:
Wash, clean and chop the carrots in batons. Mix all the other ingredients with water and dissolve. Place all the chopped carrots in a glass jar. Pour the pickling solution into the jar filling it to the brim.Keep the jar on a sunny windowsill or in a warm place for a week. Filter the dark pink/purple colored pickling solution that is the tasty drink ready for you. Fill the drink in glass bottles and refrigerate. This can be stored for a month. KAANJI is ready to serve.
