AMRATTI



INGREDIENTS:
1/2 kg Black Lentil (Ground),
30 gm Arrowroot,
1 pinch of Red Color,
1 tsp Green Cardamom Powder,
1/2 kg Sugar,
1/2 kg Water,
4-5 drops of Kewra Water.


PREPARATION:
 Take a bowl add in Black Lentil Powder , Arrowroot, Green Cardamom Powder and Red Color. Mix them well. Now take a deep pot and add oil in it. Heat it till it starts boiling. now take mixture of Black Lentil in a cotton cloth and squeeze the cotton cloth and make jalebis and cook them. when their color changes. take them out and dip them in sweet syrup for 1 minute. Sweet Syrup is to prepare in the following method:
Take a deep pan. Add Sugar, Water and Kewra Water. Now put it on low medium flame till all Sugar dissolved in Water and make a single wire. AMRATTI  is ready to serve.
