DAISY LEMON CAKE

DAISY LEMON CAKE

 INGREDIENTS:
1 Lemon,
500gm Self Raising Flour,
6 Eggs,
350 gm  Butter,
350 Sugar,
1/2 cup Milk,

6 tsp Baking Powder.

PREPARATION: 
Take a mixing bowl. Add Flour in it . Take another bowl. Add in Cream, Sugar, Butter and an Egg with one tbsp Baking Powder. Do the same with other Eggs . Now add 2 tsp  Butter into  the mixture with 2 tbsp of  Flour. Then  add  2 tsp Lemon juice in the Lemon Zests and add the remaining Flour, Milk and Mix the mixture thoroughly with a  Wooden spoon.  Now bake at 350 F for 45 minutes. Garnish with Lemon pieces. DAISY LEMON CAKE is ready to serve.
