. Recipes: FISH BERGUR


       4 Nos. Bun,
•    300 grams Fish (boneless),
•    1/2 tsp Red Chili Powder,
•    1/2 tsp Crushed Black Pepper,
      2 tbsp Cumin Seeds,
•    2 Eggs,
•    3 to 4 tbsp White Vinegar,
•    1 cup Corn Flour,
•    1 cup Bread Crumbs,
•    1/2 cup Mayonnaise,
•    2 tbsp Mustard paste,
•    for garnishing Ice Berg (salad leave)
•    4-5 Cups Cooking Oil
•    1 tsp Salt, you can increase / decrease as per your taste.

•   Cut fish into slices and add Salt, Black Pepper, Vinegar, Cumin Seed, Red Pepper, and mix it well.After that apply the fish in the Corn Flour and then dip the fish in the Egg, after that place the fish on the  bread crumbs to make sure the fish is fully coated with crumbs and then deep fry the fish in a frying pan. Now put the fish on the bun and on top of the fish apply mustard paste, mayonnaise, ice berg lettuce and then finally put another bun on top of it. Your FISH BERGER is now ready to serve.
