MAKHANDI HALWA

MAKHANDI HALWA

INGREDIENTS:
250 gm Semolina,
250 gm Sugar,
3 tbsp crushed Coconut,
3 tbsp Pista,
250 gm Butter,
2 tsp Green Cardamom Powder,
50 gm Cashew Nuts,
50 gm Resins,
1 cup Water,
250 gm Milk. 

PREPARATION:
Soak sooji in Milk for approximately 45 minutes. Take a deep pan. Put it on low medium flame. Add in Sugar and Water in the pan. Boil the water till Sugar dissolves in Water. Now add Semolina and cook it for 15-20 minutes till the color of sooji is brown. Add Butter,  Warm Milk, Coconut and half of the dry fruits. Cook it for 5-10 minutes till milk is evaporated. Now put off the fire. and add remaining dry fruits in it. MAKHANDI HALWA is ready to serve.
