MALACCA FRIED RICE


 MALACCA FRIED RICE


INGREDIENTS:
250 grams  Chicken (cut into slices,
250 grams Beef (under cut),
2 Egg (White),  
1 Onion (chopped),
2 tbsp Cumin Seeds, 
1 tbsp Ginger (chopped), 
1 1/2 cup Rice (boiled),  
3 to 4 cloves Garlic (chopped),
3 Spring Onion (chopped),
4 to 5 Green Chili (cut into slices), 
1/2 cup Coriander (chopped),  
250 grams Pea,
1/2 tsp Crushed Black pepper, 
1 to 2 Anistar (badiyan k phool), 
2 tbsp Chili Sauce,
3 to 4 tbsp Soya Sauce,  
1 tsp Salt, you  can increase / decrease as per your taste,
4 to 5 tbsp Oil.


PREPARATION:
First of all Take a bowl put egg white, and sprinkle some salt, black pepper and beat it well.Take non-stick frying pan pour oil in it and fry the egg mixture. Now roll this omelet in the pan and let it remain in the pan. After that take cooking bowls put Anistar and cook it. When you get the smell take it out and then add Coriander, Onion, Ginger, Garlic, Cumin seed, Beef, Chicken and cook it for 1 to 2 minutes. After 2 minutes add Chili Sauce, Spring Onion, Green Chili, Pea, Soya Sauce and cook it over high flame. After that add rice and cook it for 6 to 8 minutes and MALACCA FRIED RICE is ready to serve.
