MUTTON SHORBA


INGREDIENTS:

·                    1 kg Mutton (with bone)
·        1/2 cup Onion (blended)
·        1 tbsp Garlic paste
·        1 tsp Crushed Black pepper
·        1 tsp White pepper
·        1/2 tsp Turmeric
·        3 Cinnamon
·        5 -6 Nos. Clove
·        4 to 5  Green Cardamom
·        6 tbsp Oil
·        Salt you can increase / decrease as per your taste.
         3 tbsp Coriander leaves for Garnishing.

PREPARATION:
·     Take a utensil . Add oil in it and also Cinnamon, Green Cardamom and Cloves.take 5 minutes on Medium high flame. Now add washed Mutton, Cook it till water in the Mutton evaporates.  Now add Onion Paste, Garlic paste, Black Pepper, Turmeric Powder Salt and cook it well for at lest 25 minutes. Then Add 6 cups of Water and cook it over low flame. when Mutton gets soft. make off the fire. MUTTON SHORBA is ready to serve. Garnish it with Coriander leaves.
