NARGASI KOFTA



INGREDIENTS:
4 Eggs (boiled)
500 gm Minced Chicken,
200 gm Gram Flour,
4-6 Green Chillies,
2 tbsp Ginger Paste,
2 Garlic Paste,
2 tbsp Coriander (Chopped),
1 Onion (Chopped),
1 tsp Cumin Seeds,
250 gm Fresh Cream,
200 ml Milk,
50 gms Cashew nuts,
50 gm Almonds,
1 tbsp Pepper powder,
2 tbsp Onion Paste,
3-4 tsp Cinnamon Powder, 
1 tsp Salt, you can increase/decrease as per your taste,
4-6 Cloves,
4-5 Cardamoms,
4 cups Cooking Oil, 
4-5 tbsp Ghee.

   
PREPARATION: 
 Take a deep pan. Add Gram Flour , Grated Ginger, Chopped Coriander, Onion, Cumin Seeds, Salt, Green Chillies and  Minced Chicken and mix them well. Prepare dough for this mixture by adding water. Make balls from this mixture. Flatten the balls and put egg in the center. Heat the oil and fry these balls. Kofta is ready. Heat the Ghee in a pan.  Add Cinnamon, Cardamoms, Ginger, Garlic &  Onion pastes and Tomatoes puree. Stir it well and fry for 5-10  minutes. Now add Black Pepper and  Turmeric Powders. Fry till oil is separated.  Mix Fresh Cream, Milk and Water.  Heat the mixture over low heat for 20-30 minutes. Gravy for kofta is ready. Add Koftas in gravy. Cook for 20-30  minutes. NARGASI KOFTA is ready to serve.
