PUMPKIN HALWA


INGREDIENTS:
1 kg Pumpkin,
1 kg Milk,
250 gm Sugar,
1/2 cup Cooking Oil,
2-3 Green Cardamom,
2 pinch Green Color,
100 gm Almonds(crushed),

100 gm Cashew Nuts,
100 gm Resins.

 PREPARATION: 
Grate the Pumpkin in a mixing bowl. Boil Milk and then add Grated Pumpkin and Sugar at a low flame until Pumpkin is very soft. When Milk will be dry add Cardamom and Cooking Oil and fry the Halwa very well.  Sprinkle Green Color and mix it quickly.  Now add dry fruits and put off the flame. PUMPKIN HALWA is ready to serve.
