SEA SALAD

SEA SALAD


INGREDIENTS:
For Fish
150 gm Boneless Fish ,
1 tbsp Garlic Paste,
1 tbsp Red Pepper Powder,
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder,
2-3 tbsp Lemon Syrup,
2-3 tbsp Olive Oil,
1 tsp Salt. You can increase/ decrease as per your taste.
For Noodles:
50 gm  Noodles,
1-2 tbsp Cooking Oil
For Salad :
1 big sized Onion (chopped),
250 gm Broccoli,
2 Green Onion,
1-2 Tomato,
50 gm Black Olives.
For Dressing
1 tbsp Mustard Paste,
70 gm Vinegar Cucumber (chopped),
3-4 Green Chili (Chopped),
3-4 Cloves Garlic (Chopped),
2-3 tbsp Olive Oil,
1/2 tsp Salt. you can increase / decrease as per your taste


PREPARATION:
For making of Fish:
First of all take a mixing bowl put boneless fish, garlic paste, red pepper powder, turmeric powder, lemon syrup, olive oil, salt and  Take a pan put oil and heat up oil.  After that fry fish from both sides now remove it from the pan it over a plate and cut it into slices.
For making of Noodles:
First of all boil the water when it starts boiling then add noodles and put this bowl again over the flame cook it for 5 minutes. After that remove it from water.
For making of Dressing:
Take a mixing bowl put all the ingredients of dressing and mix it well.
For making the Salad:
Take a cooking bowl put water and broccoli in it and boil it.   After that remove it and separate it. Now cut all the vegetables and mix it with broccoli and green onions put noodles in it.  Now add dressing, fish and mix it well.
