TAMARIND-TOMATO KI CHUTNEY

TARMARIND TOMATOES CHUTNEY


INGREDIENTS:

4 Nos. Riped Tomato,
1 cup Tamarind Water,
1 tbsp Fried Cumin seeds,
1 tbsp Sugar,
1 tbsp Fried Coriander (Ground),
2 tbsp Red Chillie Powder,
1/2 tsp Salt.

PREPARATION:
Boil the Tomatoes. Peel off the Tomatoes. Chop them and put it in a saucepan. Add Tamarind Water, Sugar, Salt, Cumin Seed, Red Chillie Powder, Coriander, and 1 cup of water. Cook them thoroughly. When the mixture become viscous. Put off the fire. Blend in a blender. TAMARIND TOMATOES CHUTNEY is ready to serve.
