TANDORI CHICKEN


INGREDIENTS:
6 Chicken Leg Pieces,
2 Medium Sized Lemons,
3 tbsp Vinegar,
1 1/2 tbsp Salt,
1 tbsp Red Chilies Powder,
1 tsp Mixed Spices,
1 tsp Coriander Powder,
2 tbsp Ginger Paste,
2 tbsp Garlic Paste,
1/4 Red Food Color,
3 tbsp Cooking Oil.

PREPARATION:
Make cuts on Chicken pieces. Take a big bowl. Add a big bowl. Add Leg Pieces, Lemon Juice, Salt, Red Chilies Powder, Mixed Spices, Ginger Paste, Garlic Paste and Coriander Powder. Mix them well and put the bowl in Refrigerator for overnight. Preheat the oven at 325 F. Put Marinated pieces in the oven for 30 minutes. Check if pieces have been dried up take them out. Put one Burning Coal in the Baking Pan. Put 1 tsp Cooking oil on the coal and cover the pan immediately. After 5 Minutes take out them and put up in the serving dish. TANDOORI CHICKEN is ready. Serve with Mint Yogurt Salad.
