ALMOND PAN CAKE

ALMOND PAN CAKE


INGREDIENTS:
4 cup Wheat Flour,
2 cup Almond,
1/2 tsp Yeast,
1 cup Milk,
1 cup Castor Sugar,
1 tsp Baking Powder,
2 Eggs,
3 tbsp Corn Oil,
2 tbsp Sesame,
1 tsp Green Cardamom Powder,
Water as required.

PREPARATION:
Take a big bowl. Add in Wheat Flour,Milk, Eggs and Baking Powder. Add some water and Knead them thoroughly. Pour half mixture in a greased tin. Cook that on low flame. When it is ready from one side then turn the other side. Garnish with Almonds, Green Cardamom Powder and Sesame. ALMOND PAN CAKE is ready to serve.
