CABBAGE BONDA


CABBAGE BONDA

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup Gram Flour
1/4 cup Rice flour
1/4 cup Plain Flour
1/2 cup Chopped Onion
3-4 Green Chillies
1 cup Thinly chopped Cabbage
1 tsp Cumin seeds
1/2 cup Chopped Coriander Leaves
A sprig of curry leaves
1 tsp Red Chillies Powder
1 tsp Salt, you can increase / decrease as per your taste

2 pinches Baking Soda
4-5 cup Cooking Oil for frying


PREPARATION:
Take a big bowl. Add in Gram flour, Plain Flour, Rice Flour, Cumin Seeds, Red Chillies Powder, Salt, Baking Soda with  little oil and then add Onions, Coriander Leaves, Cabbage and Curry Leaves with little water. Mix them well. Now take a deep pot and add Cooking Oil in it. Put it on medium to high flame. Take a little amount of batter in the form of a ball and pour in the boiling oil. Now keep the fire at the low flame. Pour 6-7 balls in the oil. Deep fry the balls until Golden Color. CABBAGE BONDA is ready to serve.
