CENDOL BATTER

CENDOL BATTER




INGREDIENTS:
5 tbsp Hoen Kwe flour (Mung Bean Flour)
4 tbsp Rice Flour
1 tbsp Tapioca Flour
½ tsp Salt
625ml Water
3-4 drops of Pandan Concentrate





PREPARARION:
Take a big bowl.  Add in Hoen Kwe Flour, Rice Flour, Tapioca  Flour, water, Salt and Pandon Concentrate. Mix them thoroughly to make a thick mixture. Cook on low flame, stirring continuously until the batter thickens and turns translucent. Prepare a bowl of Iced Water. Put a small amount of batter into potato ricer and squeeze into iced water. Repeat until all the batter is used up. Transfer Cendol into a container. CENDOL BATTER is ready to serve.
