CHICKEN PIE

CHICKEN PIE

INGREDIENTS:
1 Chicken,
1 cup Onions, finely chopped,
Puff Pastry Dough,
¼ cup White Cheese, 
1/2 Cinnamon Powder,
½ cup Flour,
1 cup Mushroom, sliced,
1 tsp Salt, 
1/2 tsp White Pepper,
1 Garlic Clove, mashed,
¼ cup Butter,
1 Egg,
½ cup Chicken Stock.

PREPARATION:
Boil the Chicken then de-bone it and remove the skin. Fry the Onions until wilted, add the Garlic and stir, then add the Mushrooms and stir. Add Salt and Spices to taste. Add the Chicken and Flour, mix well. Add a little of Chicken Stock. Mix well until the Sauce thickens. Roll the Puff Pastry until it is 2 cm thick. Spread the Stuffing, and then sprinkle the Cheese on top. Close the Dough to form a square or rectangle, and then brush the outer crust with whisked Egg. Bake the Pie in oven for 20 min or until Golden. CHICKEN PIE is ready to serve. Serve immediately with salad.
