CHOCOLATE CAKE


CHOCOLATE CAKE

INGREDIENTS: 2 cups Flour
1 cup Cooking Oil
1 cup Castor Sugar
4 tsp Baking Powder
6 Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla Essence
2tsp Cocoa Powder
1 cup Hot Water

PREPARATION:
Separate Egg White from Yolk. Beat Egg white until Fluffy. Beat Sugar, Oil and Yolks together. Add Cocoa Powder to Hot Water and Mix in the Sugar mixture thoroughly. Now add Flour Baking Powder, Salt and Vanilla Essence>Now mix it with Egg Whites. Pour in Baking Pot and Bake it for 40-45 minutes at 180C. CHOCOLATE CAKE is ready to serve.
