FLAT TUMMY WATER

INGREDIENTS:
1-2 tbsp Ginger (Grated),
1 Cucumber (Sliced),
1 Lemon (Sliced),
1/3 cup Mint Leaves,
6 cups Filtered Water.


PREPARATION:
Take a jug. Add Water in it. Then add Ginger,Cucumber, Lemon and Mint Leaves. Keep it covered for overnight. FLAT TUMMY WATER is ready. Next day drink all the water.
