GREEN CHILLIES WITH GRAM FLOUR

GREEN CHILLIES WITH
GRAM FLOUR

INGREDIENTS:
6-8 Green Chillies,
4-5 tbsp Gram Flour,
1 tsp Dried Mango Powder,
1 tbsp Cumin Seeds,
1/2 Red Chilies Powder,
1/4 tsp Salt,
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder,
1 tsp Mixed Spices,
1/2 tsp Carrom Seeds,
4-5 cups Cooking Oil.


PREPARATION:
Take a mixing bowl. Add in Gram Flour, Red Chillies, Salt, Dried Mango Powder, Cumin seeds, Turmeric Powder, Mixed Spices and Carrom Seeds. Add 3-4 tbsp Water to make a thick paste. Now take Green Chillies Clean and half cut and fill this thick paste in those. Keep for 2 Hours in Refrigrator for marination. Now take a mixing bowl. Add 2 cups of Gram Flour, 1/2 tsp Salt, 1/2 tsp Red Chillies Powder, 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds and 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder. Mix them well in 1/4 cup Water. Now take a woke. Add in Cooking Oil. Put it on medium high flame. When the Oil start boiling turn the flame to low. Now take out The Green Chillies out of refrigerator and dip those in the Gram Flour Mixture and take them in the oil till their color becomes Brown. Take them out and GREEN CHILLIES WITH GRAM FLOUR are ready to serve.
