KAL DOSA

INGREDIENTS:
2 cup Parboiled Rice
2 cup Raw Rice
2 cup Split Black Beans
1 tsp Fenugreek Seeds .




PREPARATION:
Clean both the rice varieties and the Split BlackBeans (Urud dal) with Water and soak both together in water for 4 hours. Now grind this to a smooth batter, add Salt and allow it to ferment overnight. Heat a nonstick dosa Griddle and pour a ladle full of the prepared batter and spread it to a thick dosa, this dosa should not be thin. Sprinkle little oil on the dosa and cover with a lid. Cook this in medium flame and cook for 2 minutes. When you open the lid nice holes can be seen in the dossa. Do not turn the dosa this dosa needs to be cooked only on one side. Cook it till its color is light brown. KAL DOSA is ready to serve.
