LAHORI TANDORI CHICKEN



INGREDIENTS:
5 Chicken Legs,
1 tsp Salt,
1 tsp Red Pepper Powder,
1/ tsp Red Chili Flakes,
1/2 cup Yogurt,
1 tsp Cumin Seeds,
3 tbsp Vinegar,
1/2 tsp Mixed Spices,
2 Lemon Juice,
1/2 tsp Coriander Powder,
2 pinches of Red Food Grade Color,
3 tbsp Dry Fenugreek,
4 tbsp Cooking Oil.


PREPARATION:
Take a big bowl. Add in Chicken Legs after having cuts on the Legs, Vinegar, Salt and Red Chillies and marinate it for overnight. add Yogurt, Red Chili Flakes, Dry Fenugreek, Coriander Powder, Mixed Spices, Fried Cumin Seed, Red Food Grade Color, Cooking Oil and Lemon Juice and marinate it for another 2 hours. Then put it in oven which was preheated at 380F for 25-30 minutes. Then paint with oil for its shininess.grill it till its color is brown or for 5 minutes. LAHORI TANDORI CHICKEN is ready to serve.
