LEBANESE GARLIC CHICKEN

LEBANESE GARLIC CHICKEN

INGREDIENTS:
2 pieces. Chicken (Thigh Part),
1  Garlic-Grind-ed,
1/4 tsp Sumac Powder,
1/2 cup fresh Lemon Juice,
1/2 tsp Salt,
1/2 tsp Red Pepper.

PREPARATION:
Grind the Garlic to a small processor. In a bowl, combine Garlic, Lemon and Sumac Powder.  Mix well. Poke the Chicken in the middle so that it can absorb the flavors to the bone. Place the Chicken pieces and Garlic Sauce in a large Pyrex. Rub with your hands. Cover it with cling film before placing in the fridge for at-least 3-4 hours. Preheat the oven 350F degrees before you put inside the oven,15 min on each side. Check the Chicken if it is cook by using fork and poking it to see if it is soft enough. Add some Garnish put under the Grill until a little bit Brown for about 3 minutes. LEBANESE GARLIC CHICKEN is ready to serve.
