MISSI ROTI



INGREDIENTS:
2 Cups Gram Flour,                                      
1 Cup Wheat Flour,                                       
1/2 Cup  Coriander Leaves,                            
 4-5 Green Chillies, Chopped,                            
 1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder,                                                    
 1 tsp Salt,                                                             
 1 tsp  Dried Pomegranate Seeds,
 4 tbsp Ghee,
 1/2 Cup Yogurt,                                                           
 1 Onion, chopped,                                          
 1 tsp Turmeric Powder,                                         
 1 tsp    Chaat Masala,                                             
4 tbsp Butter.

PREPARATION:
Take a big bowl. Add Gram Flour, Wheat Flour, Coriander Leaves, Green Chillies, Salt, Pomegranate Seeds, Ghee , Yogurt, Onion, Turmeric Powder and Chat Masala. Add some water to soften the dough. Now make  Chapati either by your palms or with the help of chakla belan. Cook the chapati on a hot Tawa till its color is Brown. Spread Butter on it. MISSI ROTI is ready to serve.
