PINEAPPLE TERIYAKI CHICKEN














PINEAPPLE TERIYAKI CHICKEN



INGREDIENTS:
6 Chicken Breasts
6 Pineapple Rings
 

FOR TERIYAKI SAUCE:
3 tbsp Soy Sauce
2 tbsp  Lime Juice
2 tbsp Pineapple Juice
3 tbsp Honey
3 tsp Tomatoes Ketchup
1/2 tsp Sesame Oil
1 Clove Garlic, minced
1 tbsp Ginger, grated
2 tbsp Finely Minced Green Onions


PREPARATION:

Combine all Sauce ingredients. In a small Zip-lock bag, place the pineapple rings and 3 tablespoons of Teriyaki Sauce. In a larger Zip-lock bag, add Chicken Breasts and Teriyaki sauce. Marinate for overnight. Preheat grill to medium. Grill Chicken for about 15 mints or until no pink remains. Grill pineapple slices for 5 mints.Mix them. PINEAPPLE TERIYAKI CHICKEN is ready to serve
