PUNJABI LASSI

INGREDIENTS:
2 cup Yogurt,
½ cup Sugar,
 ½ cup Ice Cubes,
1/2 cup Milk,
4-5 tbsp. Fresh Cream,

4-5 Almonds, for Garnishing.

PREPARATION:
Blend Yogurt, Milk and Sugar for two minutes in a blender. Add ice cubes and blend for a minute more. Pour into serving glasses from a height so as to form foam. Top with Fresh Cream. PUNJABI LASSI is ready to serve. Serve Chilled.
