STRAWBERRY MOUSSE

STRAWBERRY MOUSSE


INGREDIENTS:
1 kg Strawberries
50 gm Strawberry Gelatine

½ cup Boiling Water
¼ cup Sugar
2 cups Heavy Cream 

4-5 Whole Strawberries, For Garnishing,
2-3 tbsp Whipped Cream, For Garnishing,





PREPARATION:

Blend the Strawberries in a blender. Take a large bowl and add Strawberry Gelatine, Sugar and Boiling Water. Mix them thoroughly. Add blended Strawberries to the Gelatine Mixture and then add Whipped Cream and blend the mixture. Refrigerate the Mixture for about 2 hours. STRAWBERRY MOUSSE is ready to serve.
