CHEESE BALLS

 
 CHEESE BALLS
INGREDIENTS:
100 gm Feta Cheese, crumbled 
130 gm Gouda, Grated
100g Mature Cheddar Cheese, 
1 Egg and 1 egg white
40 gm Self Raising Flour 
a Splash of Milk
freshly Ground Pepper
extra Flour for dredging
3-4 cup Cooking Oil for frying


PREPARATION:

To prepare these delicious Cheese Balls add all the ingredients into a medium bowl, season well with freshly grounded Pepper and mix. Cover the bowl with some plastic wrap and place in the fridge for 1Hour. Form the mixture into little Cheese Balls (this mixture is enough for 14-15 cheese balls) and Dredge in some Flour Shaking Off any excess. Fry the Cheese Balls in a non-sticking pan with plenty of Cooking Oil, until nicely colored. Drain them on some kitchen paper. CHEESE BALLS are ready to serve. Serve while still hot with a squeeze of a Lemon.
