DRY CHICKEN & CHILLI FRY


DRY CHICKEN & CHILLI FRY

 
INGREDIENTS:
3 Chicken Breasts – skinless & cut into medium size pieces
1 tbsp Ginger Paste

1 tbsp Garlic Paste
1 tbsp Chilli Flakes
1 Onion – Thickly Chopped
3-4 Green Chillies – halved
1 Tomato – Cut into 8-10 pieces
1 tbsp Chaat Masala
½ tsp Mixed Spices,
½ tsp Fennel Powder
1 tbsp Mango Powder
½ tsp Coriander Powder
1 tbsp Lemon Juice

½ tsp Salt
1 tbsp Cumin Powder
3-4 tbsp Cooking  Oil



PREPARATION:

Wash and drain the Chicken pieces. Place in a bowl. Next add the Ginger Paste, Garlic Paste to the bowl and mix well, making sure the pieces are fully coated. Next add all the Spices and mix well, making sure the pieces are fully coated with all the spices. Cover and leave to marinade in the fridge for overnight works. Heat a non stick pan and add the Oil. Next add the contents of the bowl, making sure all marinade is transferred to the pan too. Cook on a high heat, stirring continuously for at least 3-4 minutes or till the Chicken is nearly cooked thru and any water left by the Chicken is completely dried. Next add the Onion and Green Chillies keep stirring till Onion is soft but has a bite to it. Next add the Tomato and stir well, cook for 1-2 minutes. DRY CHICKEN & CHILLI FRY is ready to serve.
