MANDI CHICKEN
INGREDIENTS:
1 Chicken,
1 tsp Salt,
1/4 cup Lemon Juice,

1/4 Vegetable Oil,
 

RICE PREPARATION:
1 - 2 Hot Green Pepper and Freshly Chopped in a Blender,
2 Chopped Tomatoes in a Blender,

2 Chopped Onion in a Blender,
4 cups Rice,
5 Bouillon Cubes,
1/4 tsp Saffron Color,

1/4 cup Vegetable Oil,
1 tsp Salt,
4 cups Water,


PREPARATION:

In a bowl , doing the Chicken with Oil , Lemon Juice , Spices , Salt and Saffron color . Put the Chicken in a tray wrapped in tin and Adkhalaha to Brazing Furnace that Chicken is cooked ( about an hour and a quarter ) . to cook rice : Place the Chicken Broth in a saucepan Maggie , Onions , Tomatoes , Green Peppers warm with a little full of Spices , Oil and Salt . Pour the Water and cook the Rice over medium heat until the Rice is cooked and Water wipe oneself . After the Rice is cooked , put the Yolk Saffron in a little water and confidentiality of the Rice . After the Chicken is cooked , put it on Rice and Chicken over the Rice Liquor . Put in a bowl of iron a little Oil then put the dish on top of the pot. Put the dish in the coal burning and quickly shut the lid . Leave for 3 minutes. MANDI CHICKEN is ready to serve. Serve with Hot Sauce
