BLACK EYED BEANS WITH MUTTON



BLACK EYED BEANS WITH MUTTON

INGREDIENTS:
250 gm Black Eyed Peas,
500 gm Mutton

1 tsp Salt 
1 tsp Pepper
3-4 Cooking Oil 
1 tsp Sugar
3-4 tbsp. Coriander Leaves
 


PREPARATION:
Sort through beans to ensure there aren't any Stones. Place sorted Beans in a large mixing bowl . Completely cover with Water and soak overnight. In morning, pour off soaking water and place in pot they're to be cooked in. Add Mutton for seasoning. Cover with Water. Add all other Seasonings. Bring to a boil and reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, for several hours. Remove Mutton and shred, place back in pot. Continue cooking until peas are tender. Garnish with Coriander Leaves. BLACK EYED PEAS MUTTON is ready to serve.
