 DAL PRATHA

INGREDIENTS:
500 gm Wheat Flour
½ tsp Carom Seeds
100 gm Split Green Gram
1tsp Cumin Seeds,
½ tsp Ani Seeds
1tsp Red Chilli 
½ tsp Mixed Spices
4 tbsp Coriander (Chopped)
½ tsp  Coriander Powder
1 tsp Salt you can increase/decrease as per your taste,
150 gm  Ghee
2 tsp  Cooking Oil

PROCEDURE:
Take a bowl and soak Split Green Gram overnight. Mix Wheat Flour with Salt, Soaked Split Green Gram, Red Chilly, Mixed Spices, Coriander Powder, Carom Seeds, Cumin Seeds, Ani Seeds, Cooking Oil and Chopped Coriander and blend well. Prepare Dough using the Wheat Flour and the ingredients by adding required quantity of Water and make sure its soft. Roll into Paratha by greasing your hands with the Ghee. Shallow fry the paratha till crisp.Your healthy breakfast is ready.  DAL PRATHA is ready to serve. serve it with Vegetable curry or Paneer Butter masala or Green Chilli Pickles.
