DRY CHICKEN- CHILLIES FRY

DRY CHICKEN- CHILLIES FRY

INGREDIENTS:
3 Chicken Breasts – skinless & cut into medium size pieces
2 tbsp Ginger pASTE
2 tbsp Garlic Paste
1 tbsp Chilli Flakes
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 tbsp Cumin Seeds½ tsp Coriander Powder
½ tsp Fennel Powder
1 Onion – Thickly Chopped
½ tsp Salt
1 Tomato – Cut into 8-10 pieces
3-4 Green Chillies – halved
½ tsp Mixed Spices
1 tbsp Chaat Masala
1 tbsp Mango Powder
4-5 tbsp Cooking Oil


PREPARATION:
Wash and drain the Chicken pieces. Place in a bowl Next add the Ginger & Garlic paste to the bowl and mix well, making sure the pieces are fully coated. Next add all the Spices and mix well, making sure the pieces are fully coated with all the Spices. Cover and leave to marinade in the fridge for  overnight. Heat a non stick pan and add the Oil. Next add the contents of the bowl, making sure all marinade is transferred to the pan too. Cook on a high heat, stirring continuously for at least 3-4 minutes or till the Chicken is nearly cooked thru and any water left by the Chicken is completely dried. Next add the Onion and Green Chillies keep stirring till Onion is soft but has a bite to it – we don’t want the onion to dissolve just become transparent. Next add the Tomato and stir well, cook for 1-2 minutes. Remove to serving plate, sprinkle with the Lemon Juice. DRY CHICKEN- CHILLIES FRY is ready to serve.
