FISH BIRYANI

FISH BIRYANI

INGREDIENTS:
1 kg Fish   
2-3 cup Boiled Rice  
250 gm Onion
375 gm Tomatoes
1 tbsp Red Chili Powder
1 tbsp Salt You can increase/decrease as per your taste,4 Cloves
3-4 Star Anise 
1 tbsp Ginger  Paste
1 tbsp Garlic Paste  
½ Bunch Coriander leaves
½ Bunch Mint leaves 
5-6 Green Chilies
50 gm Dried Plum
¼ tsp Yellow Color  
4-5 Green Cardamoms
2-3 Black Cardamoms
1 tsp Coriander Powder 
½ tsp Nutmeg & Mace
1 tsp Black Cumin Seeds   
1 tsp Black pepper Powder 4-5 Drops Biryani Essence  
1 cup Cooking Oil


        
PREPARATION:
Heat Cooking Oil in pan, add  Chopped Onion and fry till Golden Brown. Remove the brown Onion and keep aside. Add Fish cubes and fry well. Remove and keep aside. In the remaining Oil add Chopped Tomatoes, Ginger Garlic pastes, Dried Plum, Star Anise, Green Cardamoms, Black Cardamoms, Cloves, Nutmeg Mace Powder, Yellow Color, Coriander Powder, Black Cumin Seeds, Black Pepper Powder, Red Chili Powder and Salt. Cover and cook for few minutes till Tomatoes are tender. Now add Green Chilies, Coriander Leaves and  Mint Leaves. Also add Fried Fish Cubes. Now make a layer of Boiled Rice on top. Also spread Green Chilies, Coriander Leaves, Mint Leaves and 4-5 drops of Biryani Essence on top. Simmer for 10 minutes till done. FISH BIRYANI is ready to serve.
