INGREDIENTS:
10 Mutton’s Chops 
10 Mutton’s Kidney 8-10 Garlic Whole Clips
5 Tomato 

2 Onion 
1 tbsp Red Chili Powder
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Chopped
 
1/2 Cup Yoghurt 
1 tsp Salt You can increase/decrease as per your taste.
2 Goat Brais
 

1/2 tsp Dry fenugreek leaves
Mint Leaves 1/2 Bunch

1/2 tbsp Dry fenugreek leaves 
1/2 tsp Hot Spice Powder
10 Green Chili
2 Lemon
1/2 Cup Cooking Oil

 

PREPARATION: 
Apply Whole Garlic on goat’s Kidney , wash it after 20 minutes and put it in the net and then cut it into small pieces. Cut Onion , Tomato, Mint Leaves, Green Chili and Ginger into tiny pieces . Boil chops and cut into slices after separating bones from it. Put Kidneys and chops on a pan and cover it for 5 minutes, when there is enough steam now mashed them with a plain spoon , then put Tomato , Red Chili, Onion, Chopped Ginger Garlic and Yoghurt into it and cover it again for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes add Fenugreek , Mint Leaves , Hot Spices and 4 spoons of Oil and cover it again. After 5 minutes add again 4 spoon Oil , Salt , chopped Ginger , Green Chili and Lemon Juice in it and mashed whole ingredients thoroughly.If u want to add Brain in it , just boil the Brain and separates its veins , then cut it into pieces and add it in the end. KATA KUT is ready to serve.
