SPAGHETTI & TOMATO BREAD CRUMBS

SPAGHETTI & TOMATO BREAD CRUMBS

INGREDIENTS:
350 grams of noodles,
400 grams of cherry tomatoes,
4 anchovy fillets in oil,
1 clove of garlic,
1 tsp salt You can increase/decrease as per your taste,
150 grams of bread crumbs ,
4-5 tbsp Basil Leaves.
5-6 tbsp olive oil,

PREPARATION:
Peel the Garlic , mash and sauté over low heat 2 minutes in a large pan with 3 tablespoons of Olive Oil and the anchovies into small pieces. Remove the Garlic clove and add the Cherry Tomatoes , washed and cut into 2 parts, with Salt . Cook over low heat, covered for about 15 minutes , adding, if necessary, 2-3 tbsp of water. Meanwhile, cook the Spaghetti in Salted water until al dente and drain . Pour the Spaghetti into the pan with the Tomatoes and mix well. Coarsely crumble the Bread and Brown it in a pan with 3 tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil for 3 minutes, until Golden looks . Combine the Bread Crumbs to Spaghetti , stir and serve . SPAGHETTI AND TOMATO BREAD CRUMBS is ready to serve.
